The products arrived in a timely manner. I ordered with the thought of getting the shipping of the batteries for 99 cents which but I must have missed the part where it told you for only certain items, therefore I paid a little over $8.00 for the shipping. Customer service responded very quickly to my questions. The packing slip offered a discount code for more purchases but the expiration date was for 2 years ago. It is probably cheaper to buy regular batteries from a store than through the internet because of the shipping costs.

Batteries.com is now the only place that I purchase batteries from. They are by far the cheapest and shipping is quick. I have been able to find batteries that I can't locate anywhere else. Also found an adapter power supply for my older digital camera which saved me from buying another camera. Excellent on-line store! Would highly recommend.

This place is the best place to get batteries if you like low prices and frequent shipping deals via coupons advertised directly on the home page. I really like the batteries as well. I don’t see a difference between them and any other alkaline battery. I haven’t tried their customer service so I cannot rate that. Their website is easy to navigate and ordering process is safe, quick, and secure. Orders come within a quick and reasonable timeframe. If you're still buying batteries in the store, you don’t know how much more you're spending. You gotta try this site!

This website is great especially when you are trying to find batteries for older cordless phones. I used to have to go to every local electronic store in my area and sometimes I still couldn't find what I needed. That frustration is what led me to look for my batteries online. Batteries.com is now the first and only place I go when I need batteries.

I purchased a replacement battery for my cordless phone. Their own brand was half the price of the Panasonic battery which has problems with battery life. I ordered it on Sunday and it shipped on Monday. There was a ship free promotion, a 25% coupon and a free pack of AAA batteries. It all arrived promptly by UPS, all for $7.49 plus I received 10% back from Mr. Rebates.

My first experience with this store was excellent!! Their selection was quite good and their prices were great. That, coupled with either 15% or 20% off thanks to Mr. Rebates, made me a believer. Sadly, I had to return my battery because the phone I was hoping to salvage was bad but their customer service was very helpful and I will certainly shop with them again.

Often the checkout process looses the shipping charges. The special savings codes did not work properly leaving out the shipping discount. These are recent problems with their site. I have ordered from Batteries.com before and did not have these problems. My first order arrived on time and when expected. With a few more improvements to the working of their website, the shopping experience with Batteries.com might be more satisfying to the consumer. This shipping code snafu made me cancel my order before finalizing. Hopefully they will have this problem corrected by the time of my next visit.
