This site offers great products but they are on the expensive end. One thing that really gets me with Saks is the shipping cost. So many sites are featuring free shipping that they should jump on the band wagon! I often use Saks as a starting point, then search for the products elsewhere. If you order something during a sale, you can also get great deals. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and received a Friends and Family discount for 25%.

This was my first order online, although I have been shopping at Saks for a long time. After I placed the order, I wanted to change it but only could cancel, not realizing that the re-order would not allow me to type in the special word to get a (fragrance) gift with purchase. The customer service rep (an American!) was able to add the request after I ordered, and was very sweet as well as helpful. I am very pleased and will order again online from one of my favorite stores! Highly recommend for customer service.
