I have only ordered from ESPN Shop one time but would order again if the need arose. I ordered an item that had been described incorrectly on the site (sizing was junior instead of the advertised adult). So, when the item arrived, it did not fit. The game I was attending was just a few days away and I live clear across the country from their warehouse. The Customer service representative worked with me to look through the products, then checked with her supervisor to make sure that the product I selected had an accurate selection and size listed, and then 2-day Federal Expressed it to me, all at no expense to me. I was very impressed at the lengths they went to. Additionally, the replacement product was more expensive than the original.
My critiques are that their site is a bit difficult to browse, I think their prices are a tad high, and shipping costs are a bit inflated, but they frequently run promotions, and if you're looking for a wide selection of team gear and excellent service, this is a wise choice.
