I ordered several products from Michigan Bulb, most of which died. Products were shipped quickly. Packaging was somewhat lacking - some were opened and spilling out, others were dead on arrival. They are good on their lifetime guarantee, however, which required nothing more than my emailing them to let them know that 2/3 of the plants they sent either were dead when they arrived, didn't grow at all, or had limited growth before dying. They refunded my entire purchase price - no other questions asked. Overall, I was pleased with their service, but not with their products.

The site had a good selection of plants, and plenty of advice on how, where, and when to plant them. It's good for the beginner or seasoned professional. My only wish was that they sold more garden tools, too, for complete one-stop shopping.
