I needed a cell phone cover for my phone and found one. The cover was super cheap and so was the shipping. There was a huge selection to choose from which was great. Shipping was fast and ordering was easy.

Great place to buy mp3 player and cell phone cases. The prices are unreal! The quality has been even better than the prices on the 5 different cases I have ordered. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Recommended. Not always, but a good amount of the time, Buy.com can beat anyone's prices. Even a giant like Walmart has to give respect. I didn't have the smoothest of transactions, but everything worked out in the end. If you don't like talking to people, then it's good to know their customer service is almost fully automated.

I found what I was looking for with some really good prices. On some of the items, there wasn't a picture, which made it a little difficult to be sure that was what I really wanted or not. Received merchandise in good condition & within specified time frame. I will be shopping here again.

I have been happy with my buy.com shopping experiences. No problem getting my orders in a reasonable amount of time. I haven't had an item backordered yet. And the times I have shopped Buy.com, it was because I found the best price there.

Needed ds lite for my child,checked the web site and found out it was not in stock. Gave my email to be notifed when in stock. Got an email next day and order it, 16 days and counting and no shipment. Amount was billed to my credit card and now it is "on order"! Unable to get a phone # for customer service. Sent several emails out when item will ship, reply is they have no idea.

I initially received partial order on time and as expected with good email updates. First problem: Buy.com did not follow up and send the item when it was known shipping was to be delayed. Second problem was customer service was useless...giving me a pat on the back over the phone and not checking to see what the delay was nor confirming the item was available from the shipper. Third: I asked for refund if item was not available for reshipping. Fourth: wrong item was delivered. Fifth: customer service had "phone issues" and I kept getting hung up or transferred and waiting to be helped. As long as there's no problems, they are happy to get your money. If there's a problem, don't expect immediate remedies or answers.

I`ve had nothing but good experiences in the multiple orders that I`ve put through at Buy.com. Customer service has always been helpful when I had an order issue also.
The only complaint I have is that sometimes they don`t have product images for all of their catalog which makes it hard to envision the product you are buying. Not sure why that would be the case but I have seen cases like that.

Buy.com is just another rebate scammer.
Buy.com sent me a email back in January promoting a Connect3D 2GB Secure Digital Card. The price was $50 with a $50 rebate. Advertised as free after rebate. I took the bait and now im out $50.
Apparently Connect 3D was pulling in all the cash they could before they went out of business. Buy.com seems to feel they have no obligation to step up and honor the rebate they had heavily promoted.
Emails to Buy.com Customer Service are unanswered. Calls to their Customer Service results in getting the run a round.
If you buy anything from Buy.com that has a rebate, you should take into consideration that you may not receive the rebate.
Google Buy.com/Connect 3D Rebate. You`ll be amazed at how many people got shafted on this rebate.

Great store, great prices.
The only slight down I would mention is that their search function is not great.
It would help also if the browsing categories was more comprehensive.
Still love it though and find most of the deals from the emails they send out, or from under the "Hot Deals" button.

Very satisfied with Buy.com. All rebates have arrived on time without much of a hassle, they make it easy by linking the forms right on the invoices.
Paid my Mr Rebates account promptly. Very good customer service when I did have a computer glitch error... they gave me a $5.00 Buy.com certificate for the trouble which really was just a computer error that needed a bit of human attention that was solved quickly.
I have bought everything from my school textbooks to a fry pan to software... all is delivered quickly.

I have bought: books, electronics, computer accessories, and a squash racquet. I would not hesitate in recommending Buy.com to a friend.

Fairly easy site to purchase products. I have ordered at least 5 items and cannot remember having a problem. It is easy to navigate through and search for products. Recently, they have added a customer's ratings for almost all products that really help in decision making. Pricing is usually very competitive as well.
