Orbitz.com has been on my computer favorites for several years. When they joined forces with Mr. Rebates I have been using them even more often! Recently I rented a car and paid for parking at an airport location for a few days - all through Orbitz.com and Mr. Rebate$. Getting $4. back on each purchase just for going to Orbitz' site through my Mr. Rebate$ account was a HUGE plus!

I enjoy using orbitz for flights and other travel needs. The site is laid out well and has many options for your trip. However, the price of the fees, I feel, tends to be high. Also, the customer service was average or slight below, as was my experience. Overall, though a great resource to purchase and plan your vacation.

I was able to find less expensive flight tickets here. The search for flights was easy and they did not add extra fees like another site I had attempted to use.

I recently used Orbitz to book a hotel room for a business trip. Everything was great, except the hotel could not print me a receipt as they don't get pricing information where I had booked on-line. Now, I have to figure out how to print out a receipt that the company will accept rater than just the booking confirmation. As for making the reservation, I loved having the 25+ choices to view and consider with pricing clearly marked. This is definitely the way to book a hotel for personal travel . . . I'm not sure about business travel. I still need that receipt!

The site is very easy to use. This site often has relatively good prices. The automatic notification of flight status and reminders is also a good benefit.

The website was very easy to use. A better price to book your rental cars through than booking directly with the company itself. I thought the service was outstanding every time.

Customer service was great! We had to call when we arrived at our hotel because the cashier at the hotel was confused as to how to charge the room. Later we found she had never dealt with Orbitz and the problems we did encounter had to do with the actual hotel not Orbitz.

Orbitz seems to have a little better deal on airline tickets and hotels than the other online services. Their alerts and reminders are very helpful for the trips. They can also get a much better deal for you when combining airfare and hotel together. It is very easy to go back and review past trips and if you want the same trip you can use one click and repeat the trip. It will then bring up current costs for the same trip location and hotels.

The first time I used Orbitz, I was skeptical. But the savings was so great. I use Orbitz now rather than the airlines or hotel websites. Orbitz provides the same quality hotels and airlines schedules that I would have gotten on the company sites, but at a lot less money. Plus I can get everything (airlines, hotel, rental car and show tickets) at one stop shopping.
