Over the years I have made numerous purchases at fingerhut.
Items are described very well and I have never had any problem
with regards to misshipments, quality or errors.
If you don't know already, many times Mrrebates has some excellent
coupons that you can use with your fingerhut purchase.
I would like to suggest however that if something you wish to purchase
is very important and you will be buying 2 or 3 of the same item, you might
want to call via telephone to check the real time inventory of that particular
item.
Don't forget to request a free catalog and get on fingerhut's mailing list.
Once a registered member, you will receive lots of special offers.

I made many purchases quality is good. Prices are slightly higher than other stores. Most products are in stock. I had problems with mrrebate's discount codes for Fingerhut. They did not accept when I placed my order. The customer service is helpful.

The customer service is a little lacking, there's no email to contact them and when I called the person could barely speak English I had to keep repeating myself.
The product was good though the shipping was a little pricey.

I was thankful to find one place that had an over the sink shelf that was available right away. S&H was a little more than I'd thought it would be but when I received it, I knew why. It was heavy & sturdy. Assembled easily and is just what I was looking for. No problems that required Customer Service so I can't accurately comment on it. Overall, great experience. Found what I wanted & got it fast.
