The customer service at JTV is nonexistent! They could care less about your problems and just try to get you off the phone as quickly as possible without helping you any! They are the rudest, most hateful people I have ever encountered since shopping online! All of my friends say the same thing about JTV's customer service! I don't know where they find these crude people to work at JTV !

I'm so glad you added Jewelry Television to your list of stores to get rebates from. I no longer get this channel on TV, so I am now able to order once I click through from Mr.Rebates. They have a fantastic selection of products. Their website is not very user friendly though and a lot of times you have to keep refreshing the page. I also had to return 1 item & was very pleased with their Customer Service. I would definitely recommend this store!

Great prices on good jewelry. No problem in returning items. If the item is defective - you have to follow up a lot with them to get your return shipping refunded. They don`t do it automatically.

Jewelry television has the best prices on jewelry you will find anywhere. They have a huge selection of very high quality jewelry. The offer great specials, fantasic shipping prices and quick shipment. They always have promotion codes you can find to use also.

If you already have something in mind that you want, jewelry television is the site to go. They have such a large selection of basically everything that it's not a site to "just browse" unless you have a lot of time.
I've made a few purchases from them that have been good deals and a few that the product wasn't at all what I thought but never had a problem returning anything. Smooth website so I never had a reason to use customer service. Guess that speaks for itself.

I like Jewelry Television but I wish they would have more sterling silver and gold. I know I'm probably in the minority but I'm not a gemstone lover except for opaque gemstones, especially Mother-of-Pearl and Tiger's Eye.

The products offered are very high quality gemstones and jewelry. In particular, the gemstones are very reasonably priced. I find the inventory is constantly updated, and prices of old stock are reduced for clearance sale. The merchant apparently uses its best efforts to make your buying experience a pleasant and easy process.

The prices on most fine jewelry pieces are very reasonable on this website. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for fine jewelry at decent prices. The only drawback is that selection in certain fine jewelry categories (precious gemstone jewelry and fancy cut diamond jewelry) is usually limited.

They have some great prices on pearls and gold. I like their free shipping and percentage off coupons. I've had 50-50 luck on their gemstone jewelry. I called customer service about my order and they were nice and answered all my questions. In fact, I have never had a problem with their customer service. I wish they had better views of their jewelry online. I also like customer reviews.

Great prices on the marathon weekend. Usually they take so long at the beginning of the hour to get around to showing stuff that I change channels. This was different. I like seeing lots of things instead of taking 10 or 15 minutes building up to one piece or one type of stone. Please show the piece or stone while telling about it!

This store has many great products to choose from at great prices. I don't get this channel on my cable, but I enjoy shopping from their webpage. They often offer free shipping, which is a great deal on top of their already great prices. I enjoy shopping with my mom when I visit her. We both end up ordering a few pieces in one morning! I haven't had problems with their website, but my mom had problems registering and ended up ordering by phone.

They have excellent prices on jewelry, especially when using a coupon from Mr. Rebates. They carry unusual stones that are hard to find in regular jewelry stores. Ordering on their website is more pleasant than calling the phone lines.

I was disappointed in several of my selections that were out of stock. The first bracelet I ordered was much prettier and sparkled more on the website and then I received it and you could barely see the diamonds. I haven't received the second bracelet yet, but I am hoping it will be truer to the photo as it is a wedding present for my future daughter-in-law. The shipping was very quick and accurate.

I have shopped with JTV both by phone and online, and I have been very pleased. Their prices are great! I purchased an item on a cruise vacation that I could have purchased for less on JTV (had I known about it at the time). I had only watched JTV a few times before the vacation, so I didn't know. I wish I had watched more and checked their prices before my trip. I wouldn't have purchased the item anywhere else! I have checked costs on items that I have purchased at JTV before buying them and have always found cheaper prices with them. The only suggestion I have to make is to pay attention to the Internet coupons. They can save you even more money if you shop online. It doesn't cost anything to use them! Just key the coupon number in at checkout. It's that simple. Be sure to use their "one time" use coupons only once (usually for a one-month period). (Even if the JTV website shows that a coupon is available to you, don't try to use it if you've used it previously.) Check around before buying anywhere else to see what you find. My purchases have always arrived before they were expected, and sometimes they have been shipped by a faster method than I requested. Needless to say, I am very happy with JTV! I am also happy with all of my JTV purchases! I look to them for all sorts of items for myself and for gifts!
