Excellent, high quality merchandise. Although it took several weeks to receive the custom window treatments, I would order from this company again. The recent purchase of an area rug with it's quality and durability was beyond expectation. This order arrived in reasonable time, as did a previously order rug.

Quality products and the prices aren't bad, especially if you catch a sale! Ive been very pleased with all items purchased from this merchant, and always receive compliments.

This is my second purchase with HomeDecorators.com. The first experience was quite good, with one exception. Most items do not seem to be in stock and are backordered for extended periods of time. It took about 2 months to get a rug that was ordered! If I were to need items more promptly, I would likely look at other stores first.
However, the site does carry some hard-to-find items and patterns, so if you have the time to wait for what you want, it's worth it. The merchandise is fairly high quality, so hopefully it will turn out just as durable.
The slow availability aside, the first order was so easy that here I am on the second. The item is, as seemingly usual, backordered, and scheduled to arrive sometime in the next two weeks. I will likely continue to shop here, although I do have concerns with some items being very high priced.
