apply to all referrals generated from 2/1/10 through 2/14/10.

The referral must make
a qualifying purchase within 30 days of their initial registration
date to generate a $5 bonus.

This referral bonus
only applies to the referrer. A referred customer will receive
their usual registration bonus but not a $5 bonus for making a
purchase.

Self referrals are not
allowed and will be audited at contest end date.
Returned or cancelled orders are not qualified purchases.
